At Blazed & Confused, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns on unused items for hygiene reasons. 

Returns Eligibility

• You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
• The item must be unused, in its original condition, and include all packaging.

 

Damaged Items

• If your order arrives damaged in transit, we will replace it free of charge.
• We will provide a tracked returns label with a QR code, which you can scan at any Post Office to send the item back to us.
• If a replacement is out of stock, we will offer an alternative or issue a refund once the return is received.
• Refunds typically take 3-5 working days to process, depending on your bank.
